TOMMA’s 5000 series is a high performance single wheel bottom sliding door roller manufactured with premium grade material & larger 36mm wheels to achieve a 25% reduction in operating force compared to other rollers available in the market. The 5000 series is made with precision double sealed bearings, to ensure effortless opening & a riveted inner carriage for premium strength. Built with a patented design allowing up to 10.0mm full adjustment under load. The 5000 series sliding door roller will allow you to smoothly operate doors up to 110kg, achieving an effortless operation synonymous with all TOMMA products.
5000 SERIES INNER CARRIAGE OPTIONS
Zinc Plated - TOMMA’s Zinc plated option includes the inner carriage; screw, nut & bearing componentry having a Zinc Plated finish to deter the risk of rust.
Stainless Steel- TOMMA’s stainless steel option includes the inner carriage, screw, nut & bearing componentry being manufactured with stainless steel to give it a more durable lifecycle against the risk of corrosion.

Plastic Tyre Option – Dual Plastic Tyred Wheels, rated at 40kg per roller (80kg Door), enhancing products life cycle.
Stainless Steel Tyre Option - Dual Stainless Steel Tyred Wheel, rated at 55kg per roller (110kg Door), for premium strength.
Reinforced Plastic Polymer Outer Carriage Options:
The 5000 series single wheel bottom sliding door rollers are placed in a reinforced plastic polymer outer carriage that has various designs to fit into existing generic door tracks. The 5000 series outer carriage can also be customised specifically to suit your desired door tracks ensuring you can utilise the supreme quality given by the 5000 series door roller, synonymous with all TOMMA products.
