WARRANTY

All TOMMA (incl entities of Tomma Door Systems and Mammoth International) products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from date of sale.

TOMMA warranty is expressly limited to our direct customers and may not be assigned or transferred. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. TOMMA DOOR SYSTEMS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY IT, WHETHER AS TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER MATTER.

No agent, employee or representative of TOMMA has any authority to bind TOMMA to any affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning TOMMA products or parts, except stated herein.

If any product manufactured by TOMMA is found to be defective by TOMMA, in its sole judgement, TOMMA will, at its option, either repair or replace such defective product. TOMMA’s liability is limited only to the replacement value of the hardware.

THIS REMEDY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AVAILABLE FOR ANY DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD BY TOMMA OR FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, TOMMA DOOR SYSTEMS NEGLIGENCE. TOMMA SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE TO ANY BUYER FOR CONSEQENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR FOR THE LABOUR WHICH MAY BE REQUIRED FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF SAID PRODUCT, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, ON THE BASIS OF STRICT LIABILITY, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.

The purpose of this exclusive remedy shall be to provide the customer, or TOMMA Authorised Distributor, with replacement of products, or parts, manufactured by TOMMA found to be defective in materials or workmanship, or negligently manufactured. CARE AND MAINTENANCE

All TOMMA hardware must be installed in accordance with the supplied fitting instructions where applicable and maintained in accordance to the following procedures or else the warranty shall be void. As a guide all hardware should be inspected and maintained every 6 months and every 3 months for coastal or marine environments. Wash all hardware with warm water and a mild detergent and rinse off with cold water. Wipe with a dry cloth to remove all excess. Tea staining is a brown discolouration that can be visible on all S/S parts in certain environments i.e. tropical and coastal areas. It is a cosmetic condition and does not affect the structural integrity of the product. It is recommended that if tea staining is occurring then the hardware should be maintained as set out below on a more regular monthly basis.

Please note that cleaning the product with anything harsher than a mild detergent will void any warranty.

Regularly check the track and keep free of all debris by wiping all visible track surfaces and then clean as mentioned above.
